Brad joined RE/MAX Regional Services in January of 2014 and soon learned it is better to be with the leader than trying to compete against them.
Brad’s role as Director of Franchise Development encompasses all aspects of a new franchisee’s journey to ownership. He prides himself on helping prospects determine if the success of the RE/MAX franchise, the RE/MAX business systems, programs, and philosophy fit the prospect’s goals, abilities and skillset. Brad views the path to ownership as one of education and enlightenment. He believes that a full informed prospect will always make the best decision for themself.
Brad has extensive experience working with all sizes of brokerages franchising their companies, as well as individuals opening their own brokerage for the first time.
Brad is skilled at helping prospects understand the RE/MAX value proposition as well as the various elements of owning and operating a real estate brokerage. The most important goal a broker can have is the dual goal both broker and agent profitability. Brad’s goal is to put you on the path to that success.
